This checklist of items and information is provided as a tool to help you plan your embroidery project through its successful completion. If you have any questions visit our FAQ page, or please email us.

Design Concept & Artwork

• Artwork can be either scannable, (printed sample, drawing, etc.) or digital, (file formats such as .bmp, .tif, .gif, .jpg, Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop). If the artwork is not in color, some description of the design's color(s) should be indicated.
• The size you would like the final embroidered design to be should be indicated. If you're not sure of the size you want, indicate where you want the design positioned on the item, (center front, center back, left chest, etc.) and we'll recommend an appropriate size.
• Please respect the fact that Tex's Tapes CANNOT reproduce trademarked or licensed images without proper authorization from the owner. If you have any doubts please contact us by email. or phone (252) 453-4749.

Garment or Item Specifications

• Please provide us with as much information as possible about the garment or item you would like embroidered. This would include the style, fabric, color, finishes, lining material, etc. You can use our Quote/Inquiry form to help you do this. If you have a picture of the item, send it along if possible.
• Indicate the potential mix of sizes your order will include. This is especially important if your order will include Youth sizes or Adult sizes 2XL and/or 3XL.

Order Quantities & Schedule

• The more detailed information you can give us regarding quantities, the more accurate our pricing estimate will be. All this information can be included in our Quote/Inquiry form. Prices vary with quantity, the higher the quantity the lower the cost will be for each item.
• If your project has a deadline, please let us know that when you request an quote or estimate! We will review your job and your scheduling requirements. If we feel we cannot meet your deadline then we'll tell you. We will NOT accept a job if we cannot deliver it on time.

How Do We Contact You

• Please be sure to include your name, address, telephone number, fax number, email address, etc. Also, let us know the method you prefer we use when communicating with you. All this information can be included in our Quote/Inquiry form.
• We will always provide you with a written estimate by email, fax or US Mail.
