Hi, my husband recently purchased the above mentioned sewing machine; the problem is that no matter what we do we can't make it work properly, probably because we are not sure how to thread it properly. It keeps ripping the top thread as soon as we start sewing, even though it’s sliding easily when we try to pull on it before sewing.
I own a sewing machine myself, which is easy to thread and is really straight forward but the above mentioned sewing machine has more hoops and loops than you can poke a stick at, so it’s not as easy to identify the correct sequence of loops.
Would anybody have any idea how to thread this sewing machine properly please?
In addition, would anybody have any suggestions why would the top thread keep snapping? If so please email me on sobinacz@hotmail.com
